At Concealed Apparel, we’ve got your back. If you’ve received a faulty item or the sizing’s off, no stress—we accept returns as long as the gear comes back in the same condition you got it. That means all tags, stickers, and original packaging must still be intact.

If you ordered online and want to exchange, just email us at Concealedau@outlook.com within 30 days of your purchase date to request a return label.

We recommend checking your order carefully when it arrives—mistakes happen, and we want to fix them fast.

Returns must be:

  • Unworn and resellable

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Sent back within 30 days

Please note:

  • Return postage is on the buyer.

  • We don’t accept returns on worn, damaged, or altered gear.

  • Items without proof of purchase can't be exchanged.

If your item is faulty, we’ll sort it out—whether that’s a refund, exchange, or store credit, we’ll make it right.
